Serve as if you were serving Jesus Himself and don’t get your eyes on “the man” you are working under, but respect the call that is on that man’s life

Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil

Judge yourself

Don’t ever be too big to do the small, and don’t ever be too small to do the big

Commit to the ministry the way you are committed to your marriage

Know that you are important and needed

Help fulfill each other’s ministry

Do everything you know to do to get to where you want to be

Do the very best at where you are at

Stay with something until the job is done

Never quit

Be dependable

Be a good follower as well as a good leader

Retain your joy

Remain sensitive to the holy spirit

Always obey God’s specific instructions

Be patient with each other

Always walk in love

Be willing to change direction

Know that God is your source

Use all your abilities that God has given you

Have a healthy perspective of yourself

Always keep the overall vision or the house vision

Maintain a good attitude

Trust in God's grace and His anointing on your life

Be big enough to be rebuked and corrected
